We offer a comprehensive fire installation service, below we have outlined our service.
First of all we book a survey in for fire installation, during this we check on the Flue Pull as well as heat measurements of the rear heat plate to ensure everything confirms to regulations this is to ensure the safety of the customer and their property.
We also carry out a number of other general checks to ensure everything is safe and secure, we then give the customer a list of fires suitable for the type of instillation then the quote will be sent out. Our office will then book an installation date as well as an estimated duration of the work. The fires themselves take between 5-10 working days to be delivered.
When the job has completed and you have signed to show your satisfaction with the work we will issue a Gas Safe certificate this will be sent by post as may take between 5-10 days as a result the certificate itself comes direct from Gas Safe.
We also send a yearly service letter to your customer and provide a full back-up service
